Panorama Luxury Sea View Apartment Nha Trang By Zoom

Nothing beside the location is ok

Rude staffs, gross rooms with cockroaches, ants and bugs. They did not give us the suites we booked for. They have no room service. This is a nightmare stay

Our room was clean and quite spacious with breathtaking sea view. Bathroom with bathtub & washing machine was great too. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient, right in city centre and night market was just behind the hotel. Lots of restaurants, cafes, stalls, laundry & convenient stores nearby. Nha Trang beach was just across the street. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

Our room did not include breakfast and breakfast needs to be purchased separately and quite pricey. We were not given access to the roof top infinity pool. Need to buy separate ticket to go to the rooftop. The pool at level 6 is quite small. It could be noisy at night with noise from the nearby pubs.

Excellent view, close to the beach and other touristic sightseeing. Great location, spacious room, clean. Friendly staff.

Electric stove doesn't work

Amazing room with great view and bathtub

Fridge was not cold enough to refrigerate anything, we asked the staff and they said all the fridges only go to that temperature. Our milk went off overnight. So don’t bank on it!

Luxury but for peanuts, cost so little but was so good, we are backpacking around SE Asia and this was a great stop to refresh and treat ourselves without blowing the budget, location was perfect, right near the beach and restaurants/shops, rooms really big, beds comfy and soft, best sleep we have had so far, could not fault it at all! You had to pay extra to access the rooftop pool, however there is a pool on the 6th floor which is also an infinity type pool and this did us just fineOverall would highly recommend

Only thing I could fault was that in our room we had ants on the bedside table, however when we informed staff they resolved this immediately so this was no problem at all

Perfect location even if heavy traffic conjuction all the day because of the high season. Clean and comfortable appartment.Modern facilities (evelators, lobby, pools, restaurants). Many services arounded (cafe, massage, food, night markets)

Thank you so much Serein. helped with the settlement, told everything. she can solve any problem. on the 40th floor there is a large swimming pool with a beautiful view

The room was excellent. Bed was super comfy

Very noisy hotel. Lots of banging noises. Guests running along the corridors during the night. Lifts slow & unreliable. Room was never made up in seven nights. We had to empty own bins. Housekeeping came mid afternoon when we were resting, which was too late & inconvenient. We just got fresh towels from them.

Amazing view and located. Nice sized room and bathroom.

House keeping didn’t clean the floors daily when they visited to provide fresh towels. I don’t mind, but it would be handy to have a broom and pan to sweep up the beach sand ourselves that’s hard to keep out or the room.

location

the extra blanket had huge brown stains, asked for it to replaced, they came and flipped the blanket over so the stains wouldn't be seen, then taped it up and left it in the room. We thought it was a new blanket, untaped it and discovered that the stain was folded inward so it would not show. we couldn't use it. Unfortunately, this left us feeling the whole place was dirty, and wondered about the sheets on the bed.

Beautiful view thats all.

Very noisy. You can hear noise from the hallway. I dont think the room was even cleaned when I arrived. Still have some plastic shampoo sachets left that were not even thrown in the bathroom. Takes a looooooong time to get to the elevator because too much people getting in.

Great location, nice rooms,great views

Very busy area, very noisy, housekeeping wasnt the best, minimal was done to maintain the room.

Great location, very good value, modern fitout and incredible view

reception was a little confusing as it’s a managed property but the price and location out weighed this

Best building in town, with 40th floor rooftop pool, beach is 2 min away, night market just under it, staff very nice, apartment is pefect, I would definitely come again

Because of the holidays it took even more than 10 minutes to get to 24th floor - busy elevators

Amazing view from balconyGreat and very fast check-in/out

Cannot use washing machineThe room size is pretty small in my opinionNo any chairs at balcony

The strategic location nearby nha trang beach, surrounded shoplot and shopping mall.

Room provided not as picture booked. Cleanness need to improve, got stain on bedsheet, towels and kitchen area lot of ants.. Overall room look not as nice as publish on Booking.com

Daisy is very cheerful, professional and helpful. She was present at the reception to help us out and made sure we were well situated in the room. The room itself was mind blowing , the view of the sea and the city from the 32nd floor was breathtaking.

Excellent view of the ocean. comfortable bed modern apartment. everything working well. Daisy was very helpful!

slight smell of fish in microwave

Manager Jenny she is so kind and helpful. The location is awesome, right net to the night market and beach. The beach view is wonderful. The room is so spacious. The most good thing is that this.room is reasonable.

stunning modern rooms. was on floor 32 and had amazing city views. clean rooms. good location, only a couple of minutes walk to the beach

lifts a bit temperamental, they do always come but can take a long time
